The staff were excellent, and the location right on the waterfront was magnificent, with a large room featuring central heating, multi-channel TV, and a couch bed available.

the property was lovely. i had a double room which was new-fashioned, exceptionally comfortable bed. the personnel was brilliantly helpful. the extra touches like granola and fresh fruit for breakfast, i liked it. the hotel was in an incredible location right by the waterfront, and several great restaurants.

The staff are helpful and affable. the setting is incredible, close enough to the shoreline and downtown area. It's a 15-minute walk from Costanera, which was convenient for us. Every time we visit Castro, we always choose to stay at Alma Chilota. the staff there are always so helpful and friendly. the setting of the hotel is amazing, being close to both the shoreline and the downtown area. What's even better is that it's just a short 15-minute walk from Costanera, which was really convenient for us.

Outstandingly helpful and amicable staff all over the place. Very nice area, excellent location, just next door to several great restaurants. Lots of meals for breakfast, including granola and fresh fruit.
